3. Whether the paint on the board edge is uniform.
4. The raw materials on the market are mainly divided into two types: thin curtains and thick curtains. Among them, thin curtains have good density, no voids, and many turnovers; thick curtains have voids, few turnovers, and lower density than thin curtains.
5. Look at the adhesive. Phenolic adhesive is good. The higher the phenolic content, the better.
6. Two people work together. Each person holds the two ends of the bamboo plywood and uses the cross force to fan the entire board into a fan shape. Listen to the sound of the bamboo plywood. If the sound is like the sound of a steel plate, it means that the bamboo plywood has a better hot pressing effect, greater strength, and better product quality. If the sound is hissing, it means that the strength is not enough, the glue is not good enough, or the hot pressing is not in place.
