Look at the texture and color of the formwork: The texture of the building formwork is regular, beautiful, generous, with natural tones and clear wood grain. The material can be seen at a glance. On the contrary, the texture of the poor quality formwork is messy. When you encounter a formwork with a dark surface color and a thick paint layer, it may be intentionally done by the manufacturer to cover up the surface defects of the building formwork.
Twist by hand: Check whether the amount of formwork glue is sufficient. First saw the building formwork into strips with a width of 4CM and a length of 40CM, and pull it apart by hand to see if the raw material in the middle of the product is in a wire drawing shape. If the skin is separated from the skin, the amount of glue of the building formwork is insufficient, and it is easy to crack during use, which will greatly reduce the number of times the building formwork is used.
Step on it to check whether the toughness is enough: If you want to see how tough the board is, here is a simple and convenient way for everyone. Pick a template at random, put one end of the board against a fixed pier, make one end of the template high and the other end low, and stand on it and step on it. If the template has a very obvious cracking sound, it means that the inside of the template is not a full core material.
Saw it open to check the fault and hollow core: Saw the building template open and look at the layout in the middle of the template from the side. If there is a fault or a large hollow area, the template will bulge and crack. Check the flatness of the template surface: Check the flatness of the surface of the building template. The surface should be smooth, without obvious wormholes, cracks, short feet, and scars. Only when the template is removed can the appearance of the concrete be neat and beautiful.
Boil in water to check the bonding strength: Boil the sample in boiling water for two hours to test the bonding strength of the template. This is to simulate the template after using it 2-3 times to check whether the building template is cracked.
